私は今インターナショナルスクールの保育士に興味があり色々と調べているのですが…

よくわかりません…

そこで質問なんですが
インターナショナルスクールの保育士になるにわどんな資格が必要ですか？

またその他の情報があれば教えて欲しいです｡

I'm a Japanaese man, but I have graduated international school here in Tokyo. I also worked before as a international mover, and seen many non-Japanese kids of kindergarden-age.
From my point of view, if the pre-school is owned by non-Japanese owner, they would ask you if you can speak English or not. Kids of those ages get ill easily, and it is hard for them to explain what's wrong with them. You have to understand what they are trying to say. Also they have more allergic problem with foods and so on compared to Japanese. You need have a knowledge about allergy.
If pre-school is owned by Japanese, they might ask you if you have "Eiken 1 kyuu" or "Jun-1 kyuu" certificate. Or maybe if you have experience going over-seas for years. And of course, you need "Hoikushi" certification too. I am sure that the meaning of the school is to have kids educated by using English.
So, it will be obvious that you need to have a skill to speak English.
