障害者雇用（精神）にて未経験の外資系企業に事務職として仕事をしています。上司が外人であり、英語しか通じないのですが、私は全く英語が話せませんし、聴き取りも出来ません。

それで、次のような回答を英語で言うにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？

「私が特別なスキルがないのに、採用された理由の一つに、障害者雇用という点があります。日本では障害者の法定雇用率の決まりがあり、一定数の障害者を雇う義務があるため、私が雇用されたと思います。通常であれば雇用はされなかったと思います。」

I think I am hired, even though I'm not especially a skilled person, it's partly because of the employment system for people with disabilities. In Japan, some company is obliged to hire certain amount of disabled people (including mental disability) in accordance with the rules stipulating the employment rates for these people. That's why I think I am hired even though I'm not competent enough to be hired.

"I am obliged to hire a certain number of persons with disabilities"
いやこれは完全に間違いでしょ。

One of the reasons I was hired when I didn't have any special skills was the employment of people with disabilities. In Japan, there is a statutory employment rate for persons with disabilities, and I am obliged to hire a certain number of persons with disabilities, so I think I was hired. I don't think I was normally hired.
