私は3歳の頃から英語を習っているのですが、正直学校の後も大変だし、土日も習い事があるので辞めたいです。親に辞めたいと言ってみても、将来絶対必要だからやっておいた方がいいと言われます。
うちは祖母が外語スクールを経営しているので、環境にすごく恵まれていることは分かっているのですが、少し辛いです。

でも、頑張って行こうと思えば行けるので、
英語をやめることでの、メリット、デメリットを教えて欲しいです。

You might be able to persuade your parents to allow you to quit learning English if you could say all "Yes." If you can say only "No", it might be difficult for you to give up learning English. Your parents want some solid evidence of your being perfect at English. The merits of quitting learning English might be that you could have more free time to do what you want to do. Whether the English skills you have fostered would be necessary for you in the future or not is still unknown at the present. This is what even your parents cannot decide. But I think it would just become a waste to quit learning English that you have been continuing since you were three. This could also be a demerit. The demerit of quitting learning English is to leave the beneficial environment of learning English created by your grandmother. You should be more grateful to your grandmother. The final decision is all yours.
