ライティングの仕事をライターに分配しているディレクターがいます。どうやらA社は検収を半永久的に完了せず、支払いがまだです。記事もアップされていません。...
検収を半永久的に完了せず、支払いがまだです。記事もアップされていません。私はA社とは一切関係なく記事がアップされようが検収が完了されようが知ったことではありません。このディレクターとは契約書を交わしていない、文字単価の話しか聞いていませんでした。私はA社からディレクターが支払いを受けてなくてもライターに執筆料を払うべきと思います。多くのディレクターはそうではないのでしょうか？また半年以上放置されているのですが、自分から連絡もできていないです。みなさんならディレクターに執筆料を聞きますか？それともことを大きくするのもあれだし聞かずに諦めますか？

say that people today should spend less time using the Internet.Do you agree with this opinion? ME Yes,I do.I have two reasons. First,it's bad for their health to use the Internet for a long time because they use the Internet by seeing digital devices.Seeing the devices much time makes their eyes tired.Moreover,it will preserve them to go to outside.Staying home all of the day is not good for their bodies. Second,they cannot keep enough time to do things that they have to do.For instance,studying and doing housework.It may cause some problems for them. good to use smartphones while studying? 答：I disagree that it is good to use smartphones while studying. I have two reasons to support this opinion. To begin with, there is a lot of false information. It is difficult for people to choose right one. Also, there are a lot of contents that disturb their concentration. For example, communication apps, Youtube, Instagram. In addition, using a smartphone for too long is bad for our eyes.We should pay more attention to our eyes. For these reasons, I believe that it is bad to use smartphones while studying. よろしくお願いします。

職場でガスライティング？を受けた時、仕返し方法はありますか？派遣社員をしているのですが、管理職をしてる正社員3人（男性）から地味な嫌がらせを受けています。...
ですが、管理職をしてる正社員3人（男性）から地味な嫌がらせを受けています。最初はたまたまかと思っていたのですが、私が入る業務に対してだけ指示や連携を貰えていませんでした。普段チャットで連携するのですが、他の人にはくるのに私が入るものだけしてこず、しかも3人ともだったので意図的だと気づきました。聞きに行けば教えてはくれるので、上に訴えたところでわざとじゃない、と逃げられるよう計算済みだと思います。あまり悪いことをした記憶はないのですが、私があまりコミュニケーションを取らないタイプであることや、元々9時始業ですが私は早めにつくためその分少し早めに業務を始めています。その分スケジュールにゆとりはでるのですが、時間外で働いた分はスケジュールから差し引くという考え（派遣のため）でいるので、早く終わるはずなのになぜ他にも業務を巻き取らないのか（忙しいときなど）、など思われたのではないかと思っています。しかし私としては時間外は自分の時間ですし、その分多めに仕事をするのはおかしいと思いますし、なら他の人も早く来てやれば？という感じです。また、発達障害傾向もあり、コミュニケーションをあまり取らないので余計攻撃しやすいのだと思います。これは第三者がみても嫌がらせですよね？仕返しをする方法、やめさせる方法はありますでしょうか？

First, English displays on restaurants' menus enable foreign tourists to communicate with Japanese employees easily. As a result, the number of foreign visitors who want to visit these restaurants will increase, and what's more, these restaurants can earn much money. Second, people who come from abroad can onder a menu without using their smartphones.This is because they do not need to translate the menu which they want to order. For these reasons, I believe Japanese restaurants that have English displays on their menus will become more common in the future.
