来年の9月までにIELTS5.5を取得したいです。英語資格は何も持っていません。家にTOEICと英検の参考書は沢山あるので、使えるのであれば使いたいです。①TOEICか英検の勉強をしてある程度の英語力になってからIELTSの勉強に移行し挑む
②IELTSの参考書で勉強し、挑む

このうちどっちがオススメですか？ちなみに単語帳はIELTSのやつです。これ以外におすすめのルートがあれば教えて欲しいです。

I'm not sure how high a level of four skills in English you have now, so whether my advice would be a help or not, but I recommend taking EIKEN that can measure four skills of English first. Try solving some of the grades of EIKEN conducted in the past. I don't think you have to bother to take a notorious TOEIC L&R now. TOEIC L&R is just a simple game of choosing the best answer from the designated options with 200 questions answered within two hours. So you will never be able to speak or write decent English no matter how many times you take TOEIC L&R or no matter how high a score you may obtain on TOEIC.
