Some people say that fewer Japanese students are interested in other countries these days. Although, I think that opinion is not correct for the following two reasons.
First of all, recently, there are all kinds of foreign products like food, sundry goods, stationery and so on in shopping centers. For instance, sundry goods that are made in Korea are popular for many young women by stylish and sophisticated designs. In addition, foreign clothing and cosmetics has become fashionable in Japan.
Second of all, nowadays, students have an interest about working in foreign countries, so-called working holidays by effect of weaker. They can study English by using English in workplaces in real and they can earn more money than to work in Japan. Also, these experiences lead to advances in job hunting.
According to the reasons stated above, I believe Japanese students think foreign countries are interesting.

最近、日本の学生は他の国に対して興味を持つ人が減っていると言われているが、私は二つの理由によって、この意見は間違っていると考える。
一つ目の理由は、最近ショッピングセンターでは食品や雑貨、文房具など様々な海外製品が多く並んでいる。例えば韓国雑貨はおしゃれで洗練されたデザインによって若い女性から人気を集めている。加えて、海外の服やコスメは日本の流行になっている。
二つ目の理由は学生は円安の影響により、ワーホリと呼ばれる海外で働くことに興味がある。彼らは実際に英語を使って英語を勉強することができ、日本で働くよりも多くのお金が稼げる。また、こうした経験は就活において有利となる。
上記で述べた理由から、日本の学生は他の国は興味深いと考えていると強く思います。

Secondly, nowadays, students are showing an increased interest in working in foreign countries through programs like working holidays. This is primarily due to the weaker yen, which makes it more affordable. Students can study English by using it in real workplace situations, and they can also earn more money than they would working in Japan. Moreover, these international work experiences contribute significantly to their overall personal and professional development, enhancing their prospects in job hunting.

Considering the reasons mentioned above, I believe Japanese students continue to find foreign countries interesting and engaging.
