ライティング課題を書いたのですが添削願えますでしょうか。

In my opinion, Japan should not become complete cashless society. In particular, effect on consumers and privacy is important element.
At first, some people don’t use a smartphone. They can use real cash only. If their society becomes a complete cashless society, they can’t buy anything.
To help them, Japanese government should make cash.
Privacy is another serious issue. If a man who doesn’t know smartphone very much, people can steal their information easily. To make matters worse, a group of criminal people make use of that kind of information. Japan should be left real cashes to save people who don’t have computer
literacy.
In conclusion, Japan should avoid perfect cashless society to protect personal information and consumers who don’t know about IT very much.(125 words)
